Started by operators, built for business owners.
Next Level Solutions was founded in 2024 by a team of logistics veterans who saw a gap in the market: small and mid-size businesses were being underserved by national carriers who prioritized enterprise accounts and left SMBs with inconsistent service, poor communication, and unpredictable rates.
We built Next Level Solutions from the ground up to be different — a regional carrier with the network of a national player and the responsiveness of a local partner. Every decision we make is designed around one question: what does this business owner actually need?
Today we serve 500+ active clients across 15 Eastern states, moving millions of pounds of freight annually with a 99.8% on-time delivery rate. But the mission hasn't changed: be the logistics partner we wish existed when we were on the other side of the dock.
